This a 3D printable replica of the SIG P250 Polymer frame. Note this is not considered a firearm or gun. Unlike other polymer handguns, the serialized portion of the gun is a different part, allowing you to print this part legally (USA). Please adhere to your countries law prior to printing one. The SIG SAUER logo has been removed for copyright reasons. Version 2 .stl (3D print file) does not have any logo on the grips.

The sig p250 is compatible with all the frame sizes so if you own any of those it will work. Not sure on the grip size… It would be interesting if you modeled it to fit your hand exactly how you want it
also – is this for the 9mm/.357sig/.40s&w or .45acp ?

i used the Makerbot 3Dprinter, but it is improssible to built a gun .Can you tell me what 3dprinter u used?
This is just a grip. The actual rails and fire control parts are a single unit that removes from the grip.
Any chance any of you know where i could get plans for a Taurus 24/7 pro ds .45 acp grip like this?
I am looking for a 3D printable replica for a Taurus 24/7 pro ds .40 cal. Just the polymer frame like the sig above.
Is this a real firing gun? If so, how many rounds of real bullets have you fired out of it?
It is the grip module ONLY. No frame, no slide, no fire control module.
Can I pay to have a lower made?
Anyone ever mount this up with slide and get it firing?
The grips that Sig makes themselves are molded from a high-strength polymer re-enforced with some sort of glass. I’d be curious to find out how well a 3D printed grip holds up under the forces and stresses of firing.
If you do go to test it, PLEASE take extra safety precautions! For all you know it might shatter in your hands after a single shot. So load one round in the magazine at a time, wear some good gloves, and DON”T FORGET THE EYE PRO!
Better yet, if you can make or get access to a machine that you can mount the gun in and let you fire it from a safe distance with some sort of pull string, do that. Like I said, 3D printed items are not exactly known for their durability. That thing could explode for all you know.

Except, not at all. The actual firing of a round occurs in the chamber, which is inside the barrel, and closed by the rear face of the slide – both of which are metal. This is nothing more than a housing to hold the Fire Control Module, and provide guidance for a magazine to feed ammo into the barrel.
